"Our troops' strongholds were fired upon from grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms near the Vilnyi village in the Luhansk sector, outside [the village of] Novomykhailivka and [the towns of] Maryinka and Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk sector, as well as near [the village of] Hnutove in the Mariupol sector," the press service said.

In response to enemy provocations, units of the Joint Forces returned fire, using common weapons.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, one occupier was killed and another one was wounded.

Since Monday midnight, Russian-led forces have not opened fire.

As was earlier reported, Russian armed formations deliberately slowed down the passage of citizens through the line of demarcation at entry/exit checkpoints with Russian-occupied Donbas, which caused crowds and traffic congestion in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
