Russian-led forces mounted two attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, in the past 24 hours.

"No Ukrainian army casualties have been reported in the past day. According to intelligence reports, one occupier was killed and another one was wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on January 22, 2019.

The enemy opened fire from grenade launchers near the village of Vodiane, as well as grenade launchers and small arms – near the town of Maryinka.

"Since Tuesday midnight, Russian-led forces haven't attacked the Ukrainian positions yet," the report said.
