Russia's hybrid military forces mounted one attack on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours.

"No Ukrainian soldiers were killed or wounded in the past day. According to intelligence reports, two occupiers were killed and another three were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on January 28, 2019.
The enemy opened fire from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms near the town of village of Novotoshkivske. Ukrainian troops returned fire using weapons not banned by the Minsk peace agreements.
"Since Monday midnight, Russian-led forces haven't attacked Ukrainian positions yet," the report said.
