"The fact that we are working to enhance our capabilities at sea is true. The fact that we are doing everything possible to ensure our presence in the Sea of Azov is also true," he told journalists in Kharkiv, an UNIAN correspondent reports.
In addition, Poltorak said Ukraine was doing everything possible to ensure the safety of its seaports.

Moscow's Lefortovo district court in the middle of January 2019, decided to keep the Ukrainian sailors in remand until the end of April 2019.
