"[The militants] fired small arms on the positions of the Ukrainian armed near the village of Stanytsia Luhanska," the report says.
"Since the announcement of the ceasefire, the Russian-backed militants have constantly disturbed the silence of our soldiers, trying to provoke a response and to force them to break the Minsk agreements. Therefore, their evil actions are aimed at maintaining the tension of the situation in this area," the report reads.
"Constant, although sporadic, attacks by the Russian-backed militants keep the local population in a state of tension. Thus, the adherents of the ‘Russian world’ are trying to sow panic among the peaceful people of the region."
"In addition, they are actively spreading rumors about the build-up of their weapons for a future large-scale offensive," the press center said.
"However, the aerial reconnaissance that was recently intensified by the Russian-backed militants along the line of demarcation and over the territories controlled by the Ukrainian armed forces has reduced significantly in the last day. Only two flights of drones have been recorded in the last day in the Donbas conflict zone," the report says.
