Donbas warzone update: Joint Forces eliminate five invaders
During the past day, March 23, Russian occupation forces in Donbas three times violated the ceasefire.
Ukrainian troops suffered no losses in the past day, as reported by the Joint Forces Operation HQ Sunday morning.
In the zone of responsibility of the Skhid [East] operational-tactical group, the enemy employed small arms and heavy machine guns.
In the Pivnich [North] zone, Russian proxies shelled Ukrainian positions from weapons installed on BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle and a mounted anti-tank grenade launcher near the village of Zolote-4.
Joint Forces returned fire, eliminating five enemy troops and injuring another one.
From day-start on Sunday, there have been no attacks on Ukrainian positions.
