From day-start, the enemy fourteen times fired at the positions of Ukrainian troops, including four times with the use of weapons proscribed by the Minsk agreements, launching a total of thirty-one 120mm and 82mm mines.

A Ukrainian soldier was wounded as a result of the attack, Joint Forces HQ reports.

The enemy employed grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns, anti-tank missile systems, 120mm and 82mm mortars, weapons installed on BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle, and small arms.

The shelling was recorded near the following settlements: Avdiyivka, Lebedynske, Krasnohorivka, Kamenka, Vodiane, Maryinka, Krymske, Novoluhanske, Novozvanivka, Troyitske, and Khutir Vilniy.

"The units fired upon by the enemy delivered an adequate response, returning fire from standard weapons. Reports on enemy losses are being verified. The situation in the zone of the Joint Forces Operation remains under control of Ukrainian military," said the Headquarters.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the K-2 battle group of the 54th Brigade completely destroyed the enemy command center in Luhansk region.
