Russia's hybrid military forces in the past 24 hours mounted 23 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action.

"One Ukrainian soldier was wounded in the past day. According to intelligence reports, one invader was killed and another two were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update published on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on March 27, 2019.

Russian occupation forces opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, anti-tank missile systems, weapons installed on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, and small arms. Under attack were Ukrainian positions in the towns of Avdiyivka, Maryinka and Krasnohorivka, as well as in the villages of Vodiane, Lebedynske, Verkhniotoretske, Novotroyitske, Kamianka, Mykolayivka, Chermalyk, Krymske, Novoluhanske, Khutir Vilniy, Novozvanivka, Katerynivka, Troyitske, and Butivka coal mine.

"Since Wednesday midnight, Russian-led forces haven't attacked Ukrainian positions yet," the report said.
