LPR militants announce complete withdrawal of heavy weapons

"As of March 1, the LPR People's Militia has fully completed the withdrawal of heavy weapons in accordance with the Minsk agreements. The withdrawal of weapons was overseen by representatives of the OSCE mission," the LPR said.

At the same time, according to the report, the militants said that despite the withdrawal of heavy weapons, the combat capability of the LPR People's Militia remained at a high level.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the militants of the DPR also claim to have completed the withdrawal of heavy weapons beyond the line of demarcation.

The OSCE earlier said that the militants had failed to give it information about the places of redeployment of their weapons.
