Hnutove checkpoint in Donbas resumes operation

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine says the Hnutove entry and exit checkpoint, located in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, has resumed operation.

At the same time, a red mode is still in effect at the Maryinka entry and exit checkpoint because of a threat to the civilian population due to the shelling by the Russian-led forces. The passage of citizens and vehicles through this humanitarian road corridor is temporarily suspended.

Other checkpoints on the contact line are operating as usual.

Over the past day, 27,900 people and 2,700 vehicles have crossed the checkpoints in Donbas.
