Russia-led forces mounted 13 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, in the past 24 hours.
"No Ukrainian army casualties were reported in the past day. According to intelligence reports, one invader was killed and another four were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on April 10, 2019.
During the period under review, the Russian occupation forces opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, weapons installed on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, and small arms to attack the Ukrainian positions near the town of Avdiyivka, and the villages of Pavlopil, Pisky, Shyrohyne, Hnutove, Verkhniotoretske, Katerynivka, Novo-Oleksandrivka, and Zolote-4.
"Since Wednesday midnight, Russia-led forces have attacked Ukrainian positions near Pisky, using 82mm mortars and automatic grenade launchers. There have been no casualties among the Ukrainian military," the report said.
