Russia's hybrid military forces on June 12 mounted 28 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action.

"One member of the Joint Forces was wounded amid shelling. Each enemy attack received an adequate response. According to intelligence reports, one invader was killed and another three were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update posted on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on June 13, 2019.

Russian occupation forces opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

Under attack were Ukrainian positions near the towns of Avdiyivka, Maryinka, and Popasna, as well as near the villages of Vodiane, Shyrokyne, Novotroyitske, Starohnativka, Lebedynske, Talakivka, Novoluhanske, Novotoshkivske, Novhorodske, Zaitseve, Luhanske, and Pivdenne.

"From midnight on Thursday, Russia-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions three times near the villages of Vodiane, Borivske, and Luhanske, using 152mm artillery systems, an automatic grenade launcher, and small arms. There were no casualties among the Ukrainian military [on Thursday]," the report said.
