"At 2205 the militants fired 120-mm mortars on the village of Pisky, and at 2330 they fired from tanks on the village of Opytne in the direction of Donetsk," the report says.
According to the report, an hour later, Russian-backed militants fired rockets on the village of Orikhove in Luhansk region in a clear breach of the Minsk peace agreements, the press center said.
"In Luhansk region, at 0115, flagrantly violating the peace agreements, and clearly demonstrating the presence of multiple launch rocket systems, the militants fired Grad rockets on the village of Orikhove. And at about 0300, near the village of Sokolnyky, the enemy infantry with small arms entered into a firefight with our military. The attack was successfully repelled," the press center reported.
"The militants also fired mortars twice on the village of Shyrokyne overnight."
"In addition, the villages of Leninske and Shumy near Artemivsk were fired on with small arms twice," the press center’s report reads.
