Russia's hybrid military forces in the past 24 hours mounted 13 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action.
"One Ukrainian soldier was wounded in the past day. Each enemy provocation saw an adequate response. According to intelligence reports, one occupier was killed and another two were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update posted on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on July 3, 2019.
Russian occupation forces opened fire from 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
Under attack came Ukrainian positions near the towns of Maryinka and Krasnohorivka, and the villages of Lebedynske, Novotroyitske, Shyrokyne, Novoluhanske, and Bolotne.
"Since Wednesday midnight, Russian-led forces haven't attacked Ukrainian positions yet," the report said.
