"By April 4, 2015 all persons who are not employees of the power structures of the Donetsk People's Republic must hand over their weapons and ammunition," the decree says.
According to the text of the decree, persons who have not complied with the requirements to hand over their weapons within the prescribed time will be declared members of an armed gang. In this case, they will be disarmed in special operations and brought to justice in accordance with the laws of the DPR.
