Russia's hybrid military forces on Monday mounted three attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.

"The armed forces of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries violated an indefinite ban on the use of weapons three times on July 29," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update posted on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on July 30, 2019.

Russian occupation forces opened fire from a proscribed 82mm mortar, a rocket-propelled anti-personnel flame thrower, and a heavy machine gun. Under attack came Ukrainian positions near the villages of Kamianka, Hnutove, and Vodiane.

According to an update, one Ukrainian soldier was injured in a booby-trap blast.

From Tuesday midnight, Russia-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions once near the village of Luhanske, using grenade launchers of various types.

"The Joint Forces reliably control the enemy along the contact line, while adhering to the ceasefire," the report reads.
