"There were no attacks in the Mariupol "M" sector on April 9. We can say that this was connected with the work of the representatives of the OSCE special monitoring mission in the region, as well as senior management of the mission," the report says.
"However, after 2100, when the mission left the demarcation line, the militants resumed shelling and fired on the positions of the Ukrainian armed forces two times in the villages of Shyrokino and Pavlopil, and one time each in the villages of Chernenko and Hnutove."
"The militants fired banned artillery once, mortars twice, and small arms once time. They also fired from tanks at the Ukrainian army. There were no casualties as a result of the military clashes," the headquarters said.
"Despite the attempts of the militants to disrupt the peace agreements with their shelling, the Ukrainian armed forces did not respond to provocations," the report reads.
