Russia-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, 12 times on Sunday, October 20.

The enemy used guns mounted on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various systems and rifles to open fire on positions of Ukraine's Joint Forces, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters said on Facebook in a morning update on October 21.

In particular, under attack were the villages of Bohdanivka, Vodiane, Pavlopil, Pyshchevyk, and Nevelske, Ukrainian positions near the village of Pisky and the town of Avdiyivka. Enemy attacks were also recorded near the villages of Novomykhailivka, Slavne, Krymske, Zolote-4, and Orikhove.

No Ukrainian army casualties were reported on October 20.

Since Monday midnight, Russia-controlled armed groups have violated the ceasefire three times – near Vodiane, Pyshchevyk, and the town of Popasna. No Joint Forces casualties have been reported.
