More than 3,330 civilians have been killed in Russia's aggression in Donbas, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

Another 9,000 civilians have wounded or injured, OCHA Ukraine tweeted on Sunday, Nov 3.

According to the UN, the conflict displaced nearly 1.3 million people, while 3.5 million require assistance.

Also, the UN noted that a 427 km "line of contact" emerged amid the ongoing hostilities, which blocked the local population's access to essential services.
