Deputy Chief of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) Serhiy Halushko announced this, the ATO press center wrote on Facebook.

"We register the presence of Russian troops numbering 8,760 men, four Tochka-U tactical missile complexes, 190 tanks, 520 armored combat vehicles, eight Buratino [rocket] systems, 149 artillery systems, 89 multiple launch rocket systems in Ukrainian territory in Donetsk and Luhansk regions," he said.

According to him, this doesn't include illegal armed groups of the so-called DPR and LPR. "They also number about 33,000 men, [they have got] more than 850 armored vehicles, tanks, 550 cannon artillery systems, 282 rocket launch systems, 28 antitank systems and 49 anti-aircraft systems, not mentioning mortars and grenade launchers," Halushko said.

According to him, the enemy troops continue personnel rotation, replacing local militants with mercenaries from Russia.
