"According to intelligence reports, the militants are violating international agreements and rules of warfare and using the OSCE markings for free movement and [conducting] reconnaissance along the demarcation line," Lysenko said.

"It is worth noting that the members of the armed groups are moving in cars that are not used by the representatives of the OSCE special monitoring mission," he said.

"In addition, the routes of the militants do not coincide with the routes of movement of the [real] OSCE observers," Lysenko said.
