The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine at a closed meeting on December 7 approved one of five scenarios for the reintegration of Donbas.
"The reintegration scenario concerns the return of the occupied territories to Ukraine," NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said at a briefing on Saturday.

At the same time, he did not said what kind of scenario and its conditions, referring the meeting was held in closed mode.
According to Danilov, the scenarios have their "derivatives." And the final result will depend on the conditions reached at the Normandy Four summit.
At the same time, the NSDC also considered creation of territorial defense, in particular, from volunteers. It is planned to present the project until December 31, 2019.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the leaders of the Normandy Four states – Ukraine, France, Germany, and Russia – are scheduled to meet in Paris, France, on December 9.
