OSCE drones have observed Russian-made 9K35 Strela-10 short-range surface-to-air missile systems in Russian-backed militant-occupied territory in the Donbas, OSCE Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.

"Our drones have recently been able to identify the presence of the 9K35 Strela-10 short-range surface-to-air missile systems in territory controlled by the Donetsk People’s Republic militant organization, near the village of Oktyabr, 25 kilometers from Mariupol," Hug said.

According to Hug, the mission continues to record evidence that both sides have failed to completely withdraw heavy weapons out of range of the front line in the Donbas.
