The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in its spot daily report published Friday said they "observed seven tanks loaded on a cargo train travelling eastwards in Debaltseve (nongovernment-controlled, 58km north-east of Donetsk), as well as other weapons in a nongovernment-controlled area of Luhansk region, all in violation of withdrawal lines."
Besides, the SMM patrol spotted near Bile (22km west of the occupied Luhansk) two 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled 122mm howitzers and four D-30 Lyagushka towed 122mm howitzer, also in violation of the withdrawal lines, the report says.

The Mission continued to face "restrictions to its freedom of movement" at checkpoints of the illegal armed formations in the occupied parts of Donetsk region.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russian occupation forces on Friday, January 10, violated ceasefire 13 times. Three Ukrainian troops were injured amid shelling.
