Russia's hybrid military forces on February 5 mounted 13 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action.

"Russian occupation forces violated the ceasefire 13 times on February 5," the press center of the Joint Forces Operation Headquarters said on Facebook in a morning update on February 6. "One member of Joint Forces was wounded amid enemy shelling."

The enemy opened fire, employing proscribed 120mm mortars, anti-tank missile systems, grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, and small arms near the towns of Maryinka, Avdiyivka, and Schastia, and the villages of Pisky, Novotroyitske, Shyrokyne, Orikhove, and Travneve.

"After midnight on Thursday, Russia-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions near Orikhove, using a 120mm mortar," the update said.

No casualties have been reported on Thursday so far.
