"DPR" not planning to postpone May 9 parade in Donetsk over coronavirus
"Leader" of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") Denis Pushilin has said this year's Victory Day parade in the Russia-occupied city of Donetsk on May 9 will be held despite the coronavirus pandemic.
According to Pushilin, the leadership is considering the possibility of changing the format of the parade, namely without spectators, with a live broadcast, according to the Ukrainian news outlet Novosti Donbasa.
The final decision will be made shortly before the event.
As reported earlier, the "DPR" reported seven COVID-19 cases in the Russia-occupied territory.
