One of the Ukrainian commanding officers stationed in the area has told that Russian-backed militants use lulls in fighting to exchange their damaged equipment for upgraded versions.
On Monday night, two Ukrainian troops stationed in this region died from wounds, while medical staff on site had to treat over a dozen injured, Ukraine Today reports.
