Ukraine withdraws 85mm weapons in Luhansk region
85mm artillery has been withdrawn from the contact line in Lugansk region, according to Ruslan Tkachuk, speaker of the ATO forces in the region.
"The second stage of withdrawal of D-48 85mm anti-tank cannons was carried out yesterday in the Luhansk direction. The pullback was performed with the participation of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission," he wrote on his website.
The speaker pointed out that "in contrast to the insurgents who impede the work of international observers, the ATO forces fully implement the Minsk agreements and completely open to the OSCE monitors."
