"This important event happens at the time when Ukraine is facing very difficult challenges. Unfortunately, I have to report that the peace process has not crossed the line, after which it [the process] becomes irreversible. On the contrary, the Russian occupation forces are doing everything they can to disrupt the peace process and prevent the peaceful resolution of those bloody Moscow-inspired events, which have been taking place in the east of our country," Turchynov said.
