Full OSCE access to militant-held border in Ukraine remains in question
Full unhindered access for the OSCE to the Ukrainian-Russian border in Donbas remains a problem. That's according to Martin Sajdik, the organization's Special Representative in Ukraine, according to Ukraine Today.
He spoke following another round of negotiations the so-called Ukraine Contact Group in Minsk on December 8, Ukraine Today reports.
The clearing of five sites of mines and explosives along the frontline was also agreed.
Meanwhile a prisoner exchange is a priority for Ukraine before the New Year.
