More casualties among Russian troops in Donbas – Ukraine intel
Ukrainian intelligence has reported on more casualties among the Russian military personnel in the eastern Ukrainian Donbas, according to the Main Military Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Another fact of the deaths of Russian soldiers has been established: two Russian staff officers were killed in an explosion in the village of Bezimenne (Novoazovskiy district). They acted as military advisers in the 9th Separate Motorized Rifle Regiment (Novoazovsk) of the 1st army corps," the report says.
The intelligence said that in order to investigate the circumstances of the incident, the Commission headed by Commander of the 1st army corps of the Center for Territorial troops of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces had arrived in the regiment. Personnel are restricted from leave the military base.
