OSCE spots militant tanks, MLRS Uragan in Kominternove
Representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission have provided information on the presence in areas of Kominternove, Kalynivka, Perevalsk and Novoamvrosievske of weaponry banned under the Minsk agreements - mortars, main battle tanks, self-propelled guns and a 220mm MLRS Uragan, according to the report of Ukraine’s military intelligence.
The criminal situation in the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions remains difficult and tends to further escalate, says the report of the Main Intelligence Division of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
It is noted that much of the offenses (misappropriation of motor vehicles, the use of weapons) are committed by intoxicated militants, which leads the death or injuries of civilians.
