Luhansk militants beefing up task force at western boundary
The militants of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) terrorist organization are beefing up their tactical group deployed along the villages of Kalynove, Veselohorivka and Sanzharivka in Luhansk region, according to the Information Resistance Group.
"The LPR military leaders continue to strengthen their tactical group between Kalynove, Veselohorivka, Sanzharivka. The reinforcement arrives through the towns of Brianka and Almazna and the village of Verhulivka (in Luhansk region)," the report says.
In particular, four MT-LB light multi-purpose armored towing vehicles, two Ural trucks (one with a field kitchen trailer) and two BRM-1K armored self-propelled crawlers were seen moving from Almazna to the village of Hannivka. Observing concealment measures, the column was heading for Veselohorivka at dusk.
"The arrival of tanks at the village of Kalynove (at least four of them were spotted) and their use in the shelling of the advanced positions of Ukrainian troops signal the substantial reinforcement of the LPR troops in this direction. All this in addition to the presence of a DPR [the Donetsk People's Republic, the other Donbas terrorist organization] battalion task force with artillery systems eastward of the militant-held town of Horlivka makes us expect the enemy's active operations near the Svitlodarsk bridgehead and in the Artemivsk sector in general," the Information Resistance Group said.
