Advisor to self-styled "LPR" leader shot dead in Luhansk
Dmitry Kargaev, advisor to the so-called leader of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky, is reported to have been killed on Wednesday, March 16, according to local news website CXID.info referring to a source close to the "head of the LPR administration."
Kargaev was killed in his home after being shot four times, including one shot in the head, the source told.
