Russia's FSB setting up "anti-terrorist special forces" in Donetsk
The representatives of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) are setting up the "anti-terrorist special forces" of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), head of the Information Resistance Group and MP Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook.
"FSB experts are setting up the "anti-terrorist special forces" of the DPR in the militant-held city of Donetsk. The formation of a new unit is carried out in strict secrecy," said Tymchuk.
