"On April 22, the intelligence recorded reconnaissance flights of IL-20M, Su-24MR and IL-38N anti-submarine warfare aircraft over the Black Sea (along the southern coast of Ukraine), the Crimean peninsula, the Azov Sea and Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation," the report says.
