Russian troops to provoke ATO forces to violate Minsk accords: Ukraine intel

On July 27-28, the combined Russian-separatist forces will try to provoke the Ukrainian Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) forces to open fire to prove the latter's violation of the Minsk agreements.


"The Center of information warfare (Novocherkassk) of the Center of territorial troops of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian armed forces has intensified outreach efforts in the temporarily occupied territories of the east of Ukraine in order to accuse ATO forces of violating the Minsk agreements," the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine's Defense Ministry wrote on Facebook.
