"All for all": DPR hints at possibility of prisoner exchange
The so-called government of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), operating as a terrorist organization, has not excluded the possibility of an early exchange of prisoners of war with Kyiv under the "all for all" formula, DPR Ombudswoman, Daria Morozova, told journalists, RIA Novosti reported.
"Despite the fact that some members of the law-enforcement agencies of Ukraine have made statements about Kyiv's willingness to exchange prisoners under the "all for all" system, authorized representatives of Ukraine's humanitarian groups have not made official proposals. I do not exclude the probability that this long-awaited exchange will be held soon," Morozova said.
