In the Donetsk sector, the Russian-backed forces carried out provocative attacks from heavy machine-guns and small arms in the village of Verkhniotoretske. They fired rocket-propelled grenades and small arms toward Ukrainian positions near the towns of Avdiyivka and Yasynuvata. They also used 82mm mortars to shell on Avdiyivka. Additionally, a sniper was active near Avdiyivka. In addition, the militants fired small arms on the Ukrainian positions near the villages of Vodiane, Pavlopil and Talakivka, and the town of Maryinka.

At 09:00 Kyiv time, the enemy opened fire from infantry fighting vehicles, small arms and rocket-propelled grenades on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the village of Shyrokyne in the Mariupol sector. In addition, Maryinka came under sniper fire.

Further, two enemy unmanned aerial vehicles were spotted in the Mariupol direction. "One of them was flying at an altitude of 500 meters towards the villages of Vodiane and Kominternove, while the other was moving at an altitude of 600 meters in the direction of the villages of Vodiane and Dzerzhynske.
