In the Luhansk sector, the enemy resorted to armed provocations near the village of Novo-Oleksandrivka, using 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, machine guns and small arms. The militants fired 120mm mortars on the Ukrainian fortified positions in the village of Novozvanivka, as well as automatic grenade launchers in the village of Krymske. Around midnight, the enemy started firing 152mm and 122mm artillery systems on the Ukrainian positions near Novozvanivka and Novo-Oleksandrivka.

The enemy also opened fire from small arms near the villages of Hranitne and Pavlopil, heavy machine guns in the village of Shyrokyne, and infantry fighting vehicles near the village of Starohnativka.
