"DPR" militants delay OSCE SMM patrol for over an hour near Horlivka
The militants from the Donetsk Peoples Republic terrorist organization were not letting an OSCE Special Monitoring Mission’s patrol vehicle pass the “zero” control point outside Horlivka, the Mission tweeted Friday.
"#OSCE SMM patrol has been delayed @ "zero" CP of so-called "DPR" near Horlivka for one hour already. Unacceptable," the Tweet reads.
Later, the Mission reported on the developments, saying that the monitors were allowed to pass in 70 minutes, following a vehicle search.
