Day in Donbas: 48 enemy attacks, 2 Ukrainian troops killed, civilian wounded
Ukrainian forces in Donbas recorded 48 militant attacks March 24, reporting two troops killed in action, and a civilian in Avdiyivka wounded, according to the Headquarters of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.
Most of the shelling was recorded on the Donetsk line. The militants fired from grenade launchers and machine guns on the Ukrainian positions near the village of Zaitseve. The enemy was also spotted using 152 mm artillery in this direction.
"Russian-occupation troops near Avdiyivka and Maiorske used grenade launchers of various types and heavy machine guns, later firing 120 mm mortars. Ukrainian positions near Butivka mine were shelled from an enemy tank. Positions near Troitske were mortared and fired upon from grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns," the headquarters said.

On the Luhansk line, the enemy fired 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers, and machine guns at positions of the ATO forces near Novozvanivka.
