Escalation in Donbas at night: Two KIA's, four WIA's, enemy uses banned arms

"Two members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been killed in action, and another four have been wounded in action," the ATO HQ said in the early hours of Wednesday, April 26.

The enemy is using 122mm artillery systems, 120mm and 82mm mortars, guns of infantry fighting vehicles and light armored vehicles, ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft cannons, grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber guns, and small arms, it said.

"In certain cases when there was a direct threat to life and health of servicemen, commanders ordered to fire back," it said.
