The Russian-backed militants fired 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms on Ukrainian positions near the village of Hnutove. The ATO forces stationed near the town of Krasnohorivka were attacked with 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various types, and heavy machine guns, while the defenders of the villages of Vodiane came under fire from infantry fighting vehicles, anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms. The occupiers used grenade launchers of various types near the villages of Talakivka and Shyrokyne, as well as heavy machine guns against the defenders of the village of Novotroyitske. What is more, enemy snipers were active near Pavlopil.

In the Luhansk sector, the enemy fired automatic grenade launchers and heavy machine guns on Ukrainian positions near the village of Novozvanivka. Automatic grenade launchers and small arms were fired at the strongpoints near the settlements of Valuyske, Krymske, Malynove, and Stanytsia Luhanska.
"In some occasions, when there was an immediate threat to the life and health of Ukrainian troops, their commanders took decisions to adequately return fire," the ATO HQ said.
