In addition, the illegal armed groups shelled the Ukrainian positions near the villages of Talakivka and Vodiane, using small arms, grenade launchers and infantry fighting vehicles.
In the Donetsk sector, at the beginning of the day, the Russian occupation forces carried out several attacks on the Ukrainian positions in the southern and eastern outskirts of the town of Avdiyivka, using 82mm mortars and infantry weapons. In the morning, the militants launched more than a dozen of 120mm mortar shells on the Ukrainian fortified positions near the village of Verkhniotoretske.
