According to the headquarters, the leaders of the illegal armed groups make lists of persons who have been in captivity, have a criminal record or relatives in Ukraine. It is planned that these individuals will be a part of the advanced units, which will actually become "expendable materials." Moreover, some militant commanders propose to "clean up" the biography for a certain amount of money.
