"In Donetsk region, between the evenings of 20 and 21 October, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including, however, a similar number of explosions (about 75) compared with the previous reporting period. Between the evenings of 21 and 22 October, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including more explosions (about 90), compared with the previous 24 hours," the OSCE SMM said in an update on October 23 based on information received as of 19:30 local time on October 22, 2017.
