The situation was tense in the Luhansk sector in the past day. In the afternoon, the enemy opened fire from infantry fighting vehicles, 120mm and 82mm mortars and grenade launchers near the village of Troyitske. After dark, the enemy lobbed twenty 152mm shells into the Ukrainian fortified positions near the village of Prychepylivka, as well as used 82mm mortars to shell the defenders of the villages of Novo-Oleksandrivka and Luhanske. In the same direction, the occupiers actively used infantry weapons. In addition, the Russian-backed mercenaries repeatedly attacked the defenders of Luhanske, using infantry fighting vehicles' cannons, while the Ukrainian fortified positions near the town of Svitlodarsk, and the villages of Stanytsia Luhanska, Novotoshkivske, Krymske, Novoluhanske and Bohuslavske came under enemy fire mainly from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
