Donbas war update: One Ukrainian soldier wounded amid six enemy attacks
Russia's hybrid military forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in Donbas six times in the past 24 hours, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action, according to the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation Headquarters.
Military doctors say his condition is satisfactory and there is no threat to his life, the report said.
The militants used artillery systems for the first time this year. The Ukrainian army has returned fire once, the press center added.

In the Donetsk sector, the enemy fired a 122mm artillery system on the Ukrainian positions near the village of Vodiane. The defenders of the village of Pavlopil came under fire from 120mm mortars. In addition, the militants used heavy mortars, grenade launchers and PTRD anti-tank rifles near Butivka coal mine, as well as 82mm mortars and small arms outside the village of Kamianka. The illegal armed formations also opened fire from grenade launchers of various types and small arms on the defenders of the village of Verkhniotoretske.
In the Luhansk sector, five 82 mm mortar shells hit the area near the village of Novoluhanske.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the number of crimes committed by the militants against civilians in the occupied Donbas had increased, according to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
