The militants mislead the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Donbas, concealing violations of Minsk agreements.

In order to prevent monitors from recording violations of Minsk agreements, the command of the so-called 1st Army Corps of the "DPR" and the 2nd Army Corps of the "LPR" imposed restrictions on the movement of military equipment near the contact line in the daytime while additional steps were taken to ensure camouflage cover for armored vehicles and artillery, as reported by Information Resistance, a Ukrainian non-governmental project on information security.
